From my hypnosis teacher, I learned the magic question "what do you want" ... a lot of people will tell you what they don't want (stating it in the negative). As soon as they even start thinking about it in the positive, it helps get them going in the right direction.

Deciding what it is that you want sounds pretty simple, but it can be a real challenge.

I recently found myself working on several different projects because I couldn't settle on just one or two. This became exhausting - also frustrating because I felt that I wasn't progressing in any of them.

But I've recently focused on only two of them, dumping the other ones, and so I feel so much more focused and energized.

It took me a long while to get to that point though. And it wasn't easy, because I didn't want to let go of things in which I'd invested so much time and energy.
